OUR PURPOSE

How does NICCAS help businesses?

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services purpose is to boost cultural capability using the modelled approach of knowing, doing and being, guided through a First Nations Lens.

We provide policy makers, services and individuals with guidance and expertise in building cultural capabilities; leading to a transformation where magical possibilities and ideas are turned into reality.

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services are tailored to respond to the specific needs of individuals and organisations; and like magic makers, will work with you to create potions and spells that result in amazing, changes in your ways of knowing, doing and being.

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services use methods that promote infusing First Nations practices into the corporate world; whereby challenging the existing power imbalances that perpetuate systemic racism to remain embedded in present day policies.

We do this by promoting the First Nations people’s voice to instruct the infusion of ingredients, to be paired, in creating the potion blend that will boost our customers cultural capability immune system and support new sources of growth.
