NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services brews tailored potions all-year-round and applies creativity and strategic thinking when brewing up ideas infused with cultural respect, humility and integrity; a brew that is enriched with all the magical ingredients that have the benefit of enhancing personal and professional growth. We will work collaboratively with our customers to co-design a response, tailored to assist with their transformation. 

 

At NICCAS, we will not do the work for you, but be the enabler that supports strengthening the cultural capabilities, required to identify solutions, which are culturally responsive to the needs of the First Nations peoples you serve. We take a narrative approach to sharing deeper insight and wisdoms in developing cultural safety and facilitate yarning (discussions), whereby our customers are supported to feel safe in unpacking and reflecting upon biases influenced by imperialism, colonisation, institutional and systemic racism – you know, “the elephant in the room’ stuff.

 

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services, assist to develop tailored strategies that decolonise current ways of knowing, doing and being; in taking our customers on a new journey of unlearning. We ask you to disregard prior learning, cease applying outdated theories and practices in First People engagement approaches, and be open to taking on a growth mindset over a longevity of time to continuously grow your cultural capabilities. 

We offer our strategic and expert cultural consultancy services that are respectful of First Nations people’s protocols and the contributions of their stories, and guided by the consultant’s sense of knowing, doing and being. A human-centred approach is important in guiding all consultancy work, we undertake. We work collaboratively with our customers to identify solutions and infuse strategies which advance the quality and standards of service operations and informing best practice.

 

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services offers a trusted consultancy service with the cultural authority to assist businesses to review and report on internal systems, program delivery and client satisfaction, for the purpose of elevating the architecture of First Nations culture in strategic developments, program design and delivery that encourage meaningful and sustainable outcomes for First Nations peoples and communities, and for your organisation.

NICCAS has provided cultural consultancy services in the areas of:

Acknowledgement of Country

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services pays respect to the Traditional Custodians and their Elders, past, present and emerging, who have been the caretakers of the many First Nations Countries we are privileged to live and work.

 

We recognise that all the traditional First Nation Countries have their own Dreaming, and as the keepers of the cultural knowledge, respect the leadership role Traditional Custodians play in preserving, protecting and passing on this knowledge to their children, whereby, emphasising the importance of maintaining the culturally inherited connections to the land and the cultural obligations of being a Traditional Custodian.

 

NICCAS Cultural Infusion Services is located on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. We pay respect to their Elders, past, present and future and acknowledge the presence of their people’s fighting spirit embedded across these lands.
