Building Culturally Safe Organisations Through Knowledge, Reflection and Action
Many organisations have completed Cultural Awareness training—but awareness alone does not create culturally safe workplaces or culturally responsive services.
This interactive online workshop explores the next stage of the journey, providing leaders, practitioners and organisations with practical insights into the contemporary concepts shaping Aboriginal cultural capability across Victoria.
Together, we'll explore how cultural safety, Aboriginal Ways of Knowing, Being and Doing, self-determination, and Truth Telling can strengthen organisational culture, leadership and everyday practice.
